This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website.

What is collected

• What you type into the sample request or contact forms: your name, company, email address, the tour link and your notes.
• Itineraries, logos and route files you send by email.

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. The fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser doesn’t contact other companies to load them.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details only to reply to your request, make your sample or videos, and send quotes and invoices. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who else sees it

• Form messages are delivered by Formspree, which acts as our processor.
• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare, which process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages securely.

We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years, as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how they’re used, by emailing hello@iterramaps.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
